Facilities and Services

01

Boat Ramp

Our concrete boat ramp gives easy access to Baffle Creek!

Unimpeded by weirs or dams, Baffle Creek provides uninterrupted connectivity between estuarine and freshwater habitats.

Try your luck for some Mangrove Jack, bream, flathead, spotty grunter, crabs or prawns to name a few of the species making the creek home.

02

Dam

Not only offering a peaceful outlook for the Lodge and camp sites, the dam is safe for swimming and kayaking.

There is easy access via the sandy shore near the camp kitchen or the jetty.

You can even feed the turtles!

03

Camp Kitchens

We offer two camp kitchens.

One is conveniently located by the dam and offers BBQ, microwave, fridge space, fire pit and entertaining area.

The second is located in the Riverside Camp Area and offers washing up facilities, water supply, fire pit and entertaining area.

04

Amenities Blocks

We have numerous amenities blocks across the entire property. Fees do apply for hot water usage.

In the Dam Views camping area there are two amenities blocks that include showers with hot water available. A third block is ablutions only. A washing machine is also available.

The Riverside camping area provides two ablution blocks. The one attached to the camp kitchen is set up to accommodate a solar shower bag.

05

Fire Pits

If no fire ban is in place, open fires are permitted in the designated fire pits. Fire pits are located throughout the camping areas.

Firewood must be bought in or purchased at the office. It is not permitted to collect firewood from the roadside as fallen branches are often home to local wildlife.

06

Pet Friendly

We love our dogs and are more than happy for you to bring yours with you. However, they must be on a lead or you need to provide temporary pet fencing.

Some of our accommodation options include fenced areas suitable for dogs.

07

Water

Please note that we are reliant on rain water and go through periods of no rain. For this reason, we are not able to offer a water filling station (although drinking water is available).

Please ensure you have filled your water tanks prior to heading to Baffle Creek Fishing Lodge and Camping.

08

Power

All onsite accommodation has power and we have some powered sites available at the dam area.

For those occupying unpowered sites, power is available at the Dam Views Camp Kitchen. Inverter generators may be operated between 8am-12pm and 2pm-6pm.
